A backyard reshaped in stone, start to finish
This Union County backyard needed usable, level outdoor space on a sloped lot. We excavated and compacted a proper base, then built a bluestone patio tied into natural-stone steps and a tiered retaining wall. The finished space holds up to NJ freeze-thaw winters and finally gives the family room to gather.
Clean lines from the driveway to the front door
The homeowner wanted a defined path connecting the driveway to a new patio. We laid a compacted gravel base and bedding sand, then set pavers in a clean pattern with edge restraints and polymeric sand joints. The result is a durable walkway and patio that stays level season after season.
An outdoor living room built for entertaining
This Somerset County family wanted a true outdoor living space. We designed a paver patio sized for dining and lounging, added a seating wall, and finished it on a compacted base built for NJ winters. It is now the spot where they spend most of their summer evenings.
Even watering, no more dry patches
Hand-watering left this lawn patchy and stressed through the summer. We designed and installed a zoned sprinkler system with a smart controller so every area gets the right amount of water automatically. Within weeks the lawn filled in green and even.

This Morris County home had tired beds and an uneven lawn. We reworked the planting beds, added fresh shrubs and perennials, regraded and sodded the lawn, and defined every edge. The front yard now reads clean and intentional from the street.

Before mulching we edged and cleaned out every bed, then pulled weeds and prepped the soil. We installed premium hardwood mulch at an even depth around the beds and tree rings. The crisp edges and fresh mulch instantly sharpened the whole property.
